Bridal Tips:
1)Schedule your hair trial after your headpiece has been purchased.
2)Hair should be trimmed 2 weeks prior to wedding.
3) Please schedule your hair and make-up appointments before the day of wedding at least 2 months before.
4)Wedding party reservations must be secured with a credit card.
5)There is a 7 day cancellation period, in the event of the cancellation with less than 7 days notice the credit card will charged in full.
Cancellation
Policy - Because of the popularity of our unique service, we highly recommend you make reservations in advance for any of our services. You can secure a reservation either by phone or in person. We ask that you make cancellations 48 hours in advance.
Exchanges & Refunds
Any retail purchase may be exchanged within one week of the purchase date. There are no refunds for any services performed.
